Japan honors H.E. Alkhaili with the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Neck Ribbon

On the 21st of May, The Government of Japan announced that H.E. Mugheer Khamis Alkhaili, Chairman of Department of Community Development and former Secretary General of Abu Dhabi Education Council, will be bestowed The Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Neck Ribbon in recognition of his contribution to promoting the exchanges in the education field between Japan and the United Arab Emirates.
